The information on the Website is general information about Ontario law and the services offered by Civitas Law Professional Corporation. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a lawyer about your specific situation.
3. No lawyer-client relationship
Contacting Civitas Law through the Website, sending an email, or submitting a form does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A relationship is only formed once we have (a) completed a conflicts check, (b) agreed in writing to act for you, and (c) received any required retainer.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Civitas Law Professional Corporation or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
